I was led to Christ in my 2nd year of College through Fellowship of Christian Athletes. After completing my dental degree at The Medical college of Georgia, my wife Cindy and I moved to the Monroe, GA area where I practiced dentistry for over 11 years. Cindy and are the proud parents of Emma, Bowden, and Blakely. During our last few years in the USA, God pressed on both of our hearts to serve Him in a foreign field. God has led us to Cusco, Peru where we Disciple Medical/Dental students and I work in the Clinic La Fuente as a dentist. Cindy volunteers at our team’s orphanage Casa Josephine. Together we are hoping to Disciple the future Healthcare leaders of Peru while impacting Peruvian healthcare in a Christ-like example.
I grew up in a Christian family leading me to believe in and trust Jesus as my savior at a young age. After many hardships and trials I experienced overseas, God graciously continued to bring me back to himself and show me how worthy Jesus is of my life. I am currently serving in Cusco, Peru as a nurse at a local clinic and ministering to medical and dental students at the University here. My prayer is to see medical students truly treasure Jesus and through this love, begin to break the cycle of abuse, broken marriages, and poverty in Cusco.
