Ashley and Phil were both discipled through CO at Davidson College where Ashley played basketball and Phil played football, and then served with CO Charlotte after graduation. Since 2014 they have served the broader CO movement through the Global Resource Center in Birmingham, focusing on leader development and ministry advancement. Churches in the US and around the world continually share about the significant gospel needs in their cities and countries, and Ashley and Phil are privileged to participate in what God is doing through CO to build leader development pipelines through local churches, preparing today’s students to shape tomorrow’s world.
