Nathan and Kate both grew up in Christian households and were involved in the church from a young age. While they both believed in Jesus, their personal relationships with Him didn’t deepen until around the time they arrived at the University of South Carolina. It was there, through the ministry of Campus Outreach, that they learned what it truly meant to find their identity in Christ and to live out the reality of dying to sin. The mentorship and community they found in Campus Outreach played a pivotal role in their spiritual growth, transforming their walks with Christ. Plus, without CO they never would've met! Today, Nathan and Kate are happily married and feel a deep sense of calling to take the life-changing message of the gospel and the mentorship that shaped them to young adults in South America, where they believe many are desperately in need of both.
