Associate Network Director
Focus: Leader and Team Health
Originally from Tallahassee, Florida, Matt received a scholarship to play soccer at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. It was during his freshman year that Matt became a Christian and began a life of following Christ. For the last 23 years, Matt has worked with college students through the ministry of Campus Outreach.
In 2006, the Bradners and seven others launched the ministry of Campus Outreach in Virginia. In 2019, after 13 years as the Regional Director of Campus Outreach Lynchburg, Matt transitioned into a staff development role as a member of the East Coast Network (ECN) Development Team.
Matt's primary focus is on promoting leader and team health. Matt's passion for students and engaging speaking style have made him a popular conference, retreat, and staff training speaker. His desire as a communicator is to glorify God by being catalytic, positive, and helpful.
Matt and his wife Julia currently live in Lynchburg, Virginia with their five children (Isaiah, Toby, Coleman, Eliana, and Benson). In addition to caring for the Bradner kids and partnering with Matt in ministry, Julia is currently in school to become a Certified Professional Midwife (CPM).
