Growing up, I often heard the gospel in church, and both of my parents shared the gospel with me regularly. When I was 6, I became more interested in what Christ had done on the cross and why He had done it, which lead me to trust the gospel and give my life to Him. I have wanted to pursue overseas missions since I was 17 years old, and I believe God has given me a heart and vision to see the gospel transform not just South Africa but the continent as a whole. I am convinced that it is so strategic to share the gospel with South African university students because they are the future leaders of not only South Africa, but also the entire continent. Think of how many lost people groups will be reached by simply being dedicated to sharing Christ in Johannesburg with future leaders and growing them in discipleship and how to share their faith!
